Hi peter, I saw your message from sourceforge.net. I am now helping User:MJMcKay to put the TOC Page. We need a real collaboration and sort out items one by one. May be we can also join in your attempt. Bottom-line is that we need to streamline the wiki documentation and put a better structure.
