Membership

I think it will be good to determine:

  • there will be a max. number of PMC members?
  • what will be the process for someone to enter on PMC?
  • what will be the votation process within PMC?
  • what's the role of PMC Head?
  • how PMC Head will be elected? (my proposal is public election every year)

Role of Council after PMC?

I have reversed suggesting names, because i have evangelised a principle of 'the leader gets out of the way'. IMHO now elections is underway, and i just cannot lobby nor campaign. I also realise that the wiki words i entered before about the 'ruling council' is now redundant. The logic is that Council was an honorary circle of founders who actively formed this bazaar, and acted as caretaker albeit revolutionary govt until a democratically elected one was formed. Now that is underway. If there is no disagreement, when PMC is voted in, i can changed the reference from ruling council to PMC. This is also to avoid further complaints of the role of Council after the formation days which was (of course) not seen to steer things as a PMC shuld.
