Hi, we should try to take the bug triage as an opportunity to setup automated functional test ( fitness or others ), to have documented test to validate the bug and be assured that we should immediate detect the bug if reoccur again in future after fix is apply. The sames goes for major features ( costing, cash book ) that's broken, lets setup functional test to validate that and to have a tools to know that it doesn't get broken again in future.
