Hi Ivan, not sure what you mean with "IP Contract signing" - also I think it's important to define ranking rules based on merits, and ranking incentives (in some way this page is duplicating, or at least colliding with Official implementors idea - CarlosRuiz_globalqss 12:04, 29 April 2010 (PDT)

Hi Carlos,

"IP contract signing" just mean, if we have a central organization the is in charge of IP, single brand,etc.. for Adempiere ( future) we may need to organize a way for OI's to benefit from it and commit to it...

Other as ranking, merit,etc... agree i just give a guidance, in the IRC meeting we can get into the details.
