- At this stage of RE integration the primary focus should be on grabbing the community's attention in order to attract more volunteers to the project; thus a functional show-case which demonstrates the following important aspects of RE is needed.
- Allowing localisations to be easily done by business experts (using DSL)
- Handling logic inside and let the programmer have a nearly linear code.
- The Libero Payroll is somewhat the exact match for the purpose of a RE test case.
- The primary candidate for a BI toolkit is Pentaho, but any other suggestion is welcome.
- Some guides and technical description about BI and Data Mining should be put on Wiki, in order for the community to figure out what iADempiere is about to do and how they can help it grow.
- Progress report should be put inside Wiki and a note about each progress should be sent to forums.
To-Do Items
- The Libero Payroll is set to be the RE test case; thus the efforts are directed towards promoting Payroll with RE.
- A knowledge base about BI, Data Mining, RE and related tools and libraries should be put on Wiki.
