• Clean up Citizen List
  • according to http://www.adempiere.com/Community - How you might lose your Citizenship
  • If citizen did not vote according to rules but have been active in forum in the last 6 months citizenship is retained
• Clean up Project permissions
  • moderator rights have been dropped from all non CC members
• Start vote on new citizens

Further steps:

2. explain how to regain status on that page (norbert)
3. forum post to inform the community (Ramiro)
4. clean up mailing list (norbert)
5. (done) minutes of meeting where that decision was taken (norbert)
