  1. Actions taken last weekno actions
    • One post has beed deleted. Special case here: community member is using skype name "adempiere / compiere ERP support" and was advertising that on forum.
    • Rights of Tony Snook were removed as he requested
  2. Review of pending tasks
  3. Request of Tsspc to remove permissions
    • Permissions have been removed but project membership is active.
  4. Proposal of Dominik to track taken actions in archive
    • We would rather not spend the effort on constantly documenting our actions but answer on request via email.
    • Norbert is going to (action) answer to Dominik in forum.
  5. Procedures (Joel)
    • We reviewed our procedures.
  6. Branding
    • Norbert is going to (action) split the concept in two. a) what consequences and rules apply within the community. b) what consequence and rules apply in the real world.
  7. How to foster Adempiere/trunk activity (instead of single branches)
    • Most important step is to make the concept http://adempiere.com/index.php/Proposal_PMC_Concept_Extension more easy to understand. To achieve that we plan to establish a committee building from different community members. Prosal for members: karsten, norbert, hengsin (consulting), paul bowden.
    • Norbert will take care (action) about setting up that group.
  8. management of the ADempiere twitter account (Ramiro)
    • Agreed to directly contact twitter account holder to give control over account to community council or community member.
    • ??? is going to (action) contact the account owner.
  9. CC scope (Mike's suggestions)
    • Joel is going to (action) answer Mikes post with a link to the concept. A detailed answer will probably take place when we can answer his questions clearly.
  10. IRC channel
    • Problem of unmanaged IRC channel is postponed to a later point when we got more activity in channel and more structure in the project.
  11. CC team Mailing list (Mario)
    • Teams needs a private mailing list. Ramiro is going to (action) find a provider.
  12. Organizational
    • New day and time for our meetings are Wednesdays, 19:30 GMT, biweekly starting 3rd of November
