Overview
In several implementation, the customer ask for a way to add new classifications, so they need that classification, group 1 and group 2 can be maintained easy , with the current approach the information only can be include as a text but this can cause type mistake and is not friendly for end user.

- General
- Sometimes there is a need of one or few additional product classifications beyond the ADempiere standard (Product Category).
- In these cases, having additional product categories is sensible.
- Implementing this additional information as Attributes can be somehow troublesome (too much work).
- It is good to define product categories in windows, instead of References in Application Dictionary. Users tend to avoid defining data in AD.
- Conclusion: feature that can be useful in some cases.
